Join us for the launch of Too Asian, Not Asian Enough to hear the anthology’s editor, Kavita Bhanot, discuss her thinking behind this stereotype-busting collection with contributors Rohan Kar and Dimmi Khan, who will also be reading from their stories.

A riposte to the easy assumptions about Asian writing in this country, Too Asian, Not Asian Enough showcases writers who no longer want to stick to the same old formulae – simple culture clashes, oppressive parents or arranged marriages – but want to redefine the stifling British Asian tag.

The launch is part of this year’s Birmingham Book Festival, about which you can find more information here.
