Join Penny Feeny at this year’s Chester Literary Festival to hear the author read from and talk about her delightful debut novel, That Summer in Ischia.
Set between the luxurious Italian island of Ischia in 1979 and Liverpool in the present day, That Summer in Ischia is a wonderful portrayal of a betrayal between two best friends, and the repercussions that this has many years later.
The novel was called a’vivid and gripping’ by Barbara Trapido and ‘a delightful holiday read’ by the Daily Mail.
