Tindal Street Press is famous for the frequency of its Man Booker Prize listings. Here, as part of Tindal Street’s tenth anniversary celebrations, Ion Trewin (Chair of the Man Booker Prize) will present three women novelists – who all live in Birmingham, and who have all reached the Booker Prize shortlist or long list with their debut novels. The authors will read from their extraordinary debuts and discuss with each other how their lives changed as a result of their prize-listed debuts.

Tickets are £5 (£3.75 concessions), and are available from the Birmingham Book Festival online or from their Box Office on 0121 303 2323.
